Customer Service:

contact us. Contact us to receive an RA# for returns/exchanges. You must indicate an RA# on outside of returned
packages.
Delivery Information:
All orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow at least
two weeks for most shipments. We usually ship via UPS ground. Please
ensure that you include a mailing address (NO P.O. Boxes) on the order
form. RUSH ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Some items may
be temporarily on backorder; shipment will be made as soon as items are
received.
Sales Tax:
We are required to collect 5.5% sales tax on orders shipped to Wisconsin. Please include appropriate tax as indicated
on the order form.
