Refund Policy

Please allow 5-7 days for processing and shipping orders. To obtain a tracking number or to cancel or change an order, please email our Gift Shop Manager.

To inquire about shipping alcohol, please email our Gift Shop Manager. You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker. All carriers who deliver alcoholic beverages are required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you or someone over the age of 21 will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for your shipment. Additional shipping charges may incur if delivery requirements are not met. We cannot ship beer outside of Wisconsin. Refund Policy

Stevens Point Brewery is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

Some items are not eligible for refunds. These include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Services that have already been rendered.
  • Perishable goods.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please email our Gift Shop Manager or call the gift shop at (715) 344-9310. You will be required to provide your order number and reason for the refund request.

Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 1-3 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
